Welcome to SCR Production Houses. By purchasing a ticket or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. No Refund & Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled for any reason, including personal emergencies or inability to attend.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • In the event that a show is cancelled by SCR Production Houses, a full refund or a credit for a future event will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you must contact us within 48 hours of the announcement to discuss options.

3. Digital Tickets & Entry

  • Your digital QR code is your only entry pass. SCR Production Houses is not responsible for tickets lost due to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

  • A valid Government-issued Photo ID may be required at the gate to match the name on the ticket.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who does not follow venue rules or appears to be a safety risk to others.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • Illegal substances, weapons, and outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited at all SCR Production Houses events.

  • Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • SCR Production Houses is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during our events.

  • Attendance is at your own risk. By entering the event, you waive any claims for liability against SCR Production Houses and the venue.

6. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the change.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
